Production notes

Vinified in stainless steel vats, aged for 48 months.

Tasting notes

The nose, with notes of citrus, bergamot, is discreet and delicate, then evolves over time into melon and raspberry. The attack on the palate is straightforward, smooth, and fruity, revealing aromas of rose, cinnamon, and wild strawberries. The length and finesse will be appreciated by all tasters. Pair with salmon, lamb, and red fruit desserts.

Stuart Pigott,

A bright and dry rosé, showing sliced strawberries and lemons with some flint undertones. Candied watermelon. Medium- to full-bodied, this has crunchy fruit and a candied-strawberry finish with hints of tart. Drink now.

Wow, this really does smell like strawberries – picked straight up. But on the palate it's not as fruity. More steel, green stone fruit, fennel, lime. Really dry, lots of lime. Just an outline of strawberries. I wouldn't have minded a tad more fruit.
