Tasting notes
Simply a top-tier nectar! Almonds, hazelnuts, white flowers, a buttery, creamy, and mineral character... What complexity and what a range of flavors! It's superbly crafted with such precision. At the price of a village appellation, you'll find a bottle worthy of a Grand Cru! Pairs well with sweetbreads, salmon tartare, and scallops.
