The 29 hectares has existed since 1902. It has belonged to the Dubost family for 80 years where 3 generations are rooted in Beaujolais. Jean-Paul Dubost is today the worthy heir of the authentic winemaking spirit transmitted by his father and grandfather. Product notes

L’Ermitage parcel is located at the lower part of the commune of L’Ardières. The soil is clay-loam, and the yield is 45 hl/ha.

Production notes

Manual harvest. Alcoholic fermentation in tanks at approximately 20°C for 3 weeks, followed by settling and racking on fine lees, then aging in barrels for 6 months.

Tasting notes

Fruity wine with aromas of white fruits such as peach and notes of citrus and apricot. Serve with roasted scallops on a bed of leek fondue or monkfish in a creamy lemon sauce
