Production notes

Among the 89 "climats" in the First Growths, Fourchaume takes root on the right bank of the Serin River and is close in terroir to the Grand Crus. After six months of aging on fine lees, this Fourchaume fully expresses the character of its terroir: apples, pears, acacia, and linden, with high minerality, amplitude, and freshness. Salinity and fruitiness accompany a finish that builds in intensity. In short, elegance, generosity, and finesse.
