Production notes

This AOC, located to the west of Lyon, produces wines of a light style, offering small daily pleasures. The result of semi-carbonic fermentation, the violet-hued wine releases exuberant aromas of red berries and sweet spices. Exemplary freshness, minerality, and flavors of ripe raspberries come together to satisfy your quest for a light and expressive red wine. In short, it goes down easily. Don't hesitate to chill the two or three bottles you'll need for about twenty minutes in the fridge! Cheers!
