Product notes
The vineyard is located in a region with a Mediterranean climate, characterized by hot summers and cool nights, promoting a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes. The soil, light and well-drained, is composed of sandy elements mixed with clay, providing an ideal environment for Garnacha Blanca.
Production notes
The Garnacha Blanca grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure quality and freshness. After careful sorting, the clusters are gently pressed to extract the juice without altering the aromas. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, preserving the fresh and fruity notes of the grape variety. Aging on fine lees with regular stirring adds structure and complexity before bottling.
Tasting notes
Pale color with lemon-green reflections, clear and bright. The nose opens with fresh floral notes, white flowers, accompanied by white fruits (pear, ripe apple) and a hint of soft citrus. On the palate, the wine is lively, light, and well-balanced, offering refreshing acidity with moderate body, and a clean, fruity finish. Serve around 10–12 °C to highlight its freshness. Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, crisp salads, or light vegetarian dishes.
