Product notes

Pazo de Seoane stands out for its typical O’Rosal style, reflecting the winemaking tradition of this municipality in Pontevedra. It’s a unique wine deeply connected to the land. 100% of the grape varieties come from O’Rosal vines.

Production notes

Manual harvesting. Fermentation at 15ºC. No malolactic fermentation. For each variety, all processes are completed separately. Conservation of the wine in tanks along with its fine lees kept in suspension through periodic stirring, thus providing complexity.

Tasting notes

Intense floral notes (Loureira), fruity touches of apricot and apple (Albarino), and the citrus and mineral background (Caino). An exquisite combination of native nuances that is rounded in the mouth, enjoying a very lively, subtle, and balanced wine with a long and elegant finish.
