Product notes
The grapes are selected for their quality. The Cru's soils are composed large alluvial terraces of stony red clay. The Mediterranean climate, influenced by the Mistral wind.
Production notes
The harvest is sorted. It is placed in concrete vats for a traditional fermentation for three weeks. During maceration, the grapes undergo extraction extraction operations (pumping over and punching down). The harvest is then pressed. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for eight to ten months in concrete tanks.
Tasting notes
Visual: Sumptuous, limpid purple color. Olfactory : Complex nose with black fruit aromas. Taste : Full-bodied, well-balanced, powerful and very tannic. A perfect accompaniment to roast pigeon with grapes, grilled eggplant or Haut Jura blue cheese.
