Product notes
À l'Origine Pinot Noir has a lovely, intense ruby-red color. The nose is typical of Pinot Noir, expressing red fruit and cherry, with a hint of violet. The attack on the palate is full and greedy. It evolves on a nice volume and ends with a long fruity and slightly camphorated finish with well-melted tannins. This Pinot is best appreciated in its youth, when it will reveal plenty of fruit and freshness. Food pairing: This is a wine for sharing, conviviality and friends. Everyone loves it! Drink it as an aperitif with a mixed platter of cold meats and cheeses, or as part of a meal with warm, convivial dishes.
Production notes
Harvested at full phenolic maturity, the Pinot Noir berries undergo pre-fermentation cold maceration to preserve the freshness of their aromas, followed by gentle extraction of color and tannins to ensure a supple structure. The wine is then aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve all its freshness.
