Tasting notes

Very nice intensity with a nose of black fruits, notes of spicy blueberry compote, licorice and Bourbon vanilla. Full attack, quite dense, both lively and very silky. Beautiful structure, both elegant and equipped for long aging in the bottle with already a beautiful aromatic complexity enhanced by notes of cocoa and brown tobacco. Cote de Boeuf Pairings
