Single plot cuvée Unique Terroir Cold prefermentary maceration from 2 to 5 days Slow fermentation between 22° and 26° for 8 to 10 days Long maceration from 30 to 45 days (adapted to the vintage)

Tasting notes

Rich and deep wine with complexity and great concentration. Fine tannins and perfect balance. Very elegant palate with a finish on freshness and harmony. Regularly cited alongside the greatest wines, La Tyre is an exceptional Madiran.
