Product notes

As its name suggests, a cherry tree has been planted on the plot, giving it its name.

Production notes

100% Côt Noir (Malbec). A single parcel of red clay on limestone bedrock at an altitude of 350 m on the Causse, in a place called "Rassiels". Traditional vinification with maceration for around 25 days and ageing in cement vats only for around fifteen months.

Tasting notes

Its dense color reveals notes of kirsch cherries. Juicy and suave on the palate, with fresh tannins. A lively, atypical cuvée, seductive in its singularity and purity.
