The Famiglia Febo vineyard is located in Abruzzo and covers 7 hectares of vines. As soon as they took over the vineyard from their grandparents, Laura and Davide Febo began organic viticulture and obtained certification in 2022. The wines produced by Davide and Laura Febo are made under the natural method. Spontaneous fermentation, no added enzymes, no chemical inputs, no filtration, no fining and gentle techniques in the winery! A minimum of sulphites added at bottling! Vinification and aging take place in concrete and stainless steel vats. No barrels, casks or other wood input. Two terroirs, two personalities: Spoltore: wines that reveal themselves slowly. Located near the Adriatic Sea, the Spoltore vineyard is planted with Montepulciano and Pecorino on clay-limestone soils. Chieti: wines that invite now! Named "Parella" because of the small house adjoining the vineyard. The Trebbiano and Montepulciano are grown in sandy soils. The management of the vine is in the traditional Pergola. The labels include the phases of the moon to express the changes of season, and the link of the vines with the cosmos. The "gabbiano" bird evokes the call of the Adriatic sea air, a few kilometers from their vineyard.
