Product notes
The grapes come from vineyards in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba, located at altitudes between 370 and 480 meters above sea level of marine sedimentary origin and sedimentary clay-limestone marls.
Production notes
The wine then ages in oak barrels for up to 24 months.
Tasting notes
Garnet red. Intense and complex, with notes of dried flowers, such as rose and violet, and spices such as vanilla and tobacco. The palate is tight and warm, with good body with a finish of ripe fruit and berry balsamic notes. Pairings with mushroom pasta
