Tasting notes

The Zenato Bardolino DOC displays a clear, bright ruby red color. On the nose, it reveals a delicate and fresh bouquet marked by notes of cherry, violet, and a subtle hint of gentle spices. On the palate, this dry and flavorful wine offers a harmonious balance with aromas of almonds and red berries, supported by a well-balanced acidity that brings freshness and lightness. The finish is pleasant and persistent, highlighting its gourmand character. Served ideally between 12 and 14 °C, it pairs perfectly with light starters, grilled or gently sauced white meats, as well as fresh and mild cheeses such as mozzarella or taleggio. A convivial, easy-to-drink wine, perfect for summer meals and shared moments.
