Product notes
The Beaune vineyard, between Savigny-lès-Beaune to the north and Pommard to the south, is the largest in the Côte de Beaune. It has no Grand Cru vineyards, but 36 Premier Cru vineyards, almost all situated on steep slopes. The soil is light and stony, hence its name.
Production notes
The wines are in oak barrels in our cellars, and aged for 18 months.
Tasting notes
Ruby in color, with aromas of undergrowth, cherry brandy, and sweet spices. The palate is smooth and evolves beautifully, as the wine remains rich and well-structured. Pairs well with tuna tataki, wild boar burgers, and charcuterie.
