Tasting notes

This is a Cabernet Sauvignon of feminine grace, silky tannins, and boundless aromatics. It leads with aromas of cocoa nibs, violets, and bay laurel. On the palate, it offers graphite mixed with spiced herbs, hints of green olive and brined walnuts.

(Vintage 2022)

“The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Plural is a bright, savory wine – the sort of Cabernet that can only be made on the Sonoma Coast. Savory herbs, mint, licorice and earthy notes meld together in this super distinctive, cool-climate Cabernet… Bright saline underpinnings extend the finish… It’s a gorgeous wine in every way. 92 pts” - Antonio Galloni
