Product notes

Goes well with starters, cold meats, white meats, lamb and pork. The climate is continental and Mediterranean, with little rainfall and a wide temperature range during the grape ripening period. The dry Mediterranean wind is also very beneficial during ripening.

Production notes

The permanence of the skins with the must for two or three weeks gives it color and aroma. It's a blend of Bobal and Syrah that rests up to 24 months in barrel and at least 8 months in bottle before being marketed.

Tasting notes

Intense, bright red color. Nose of good intensity, black fruit, balsamic aromas, ripe black fruit with hints of minerality and Mediterranean forest aromas. The palate matches the nose: rich, characterful, tasty, fruity, elegant, fine tannins, balance. Long finish.
