Tasting notes
Cuvée with disconcerting minerality. On this soil of gypsum, the grapes deliver a superb saline tension which combines wonderfully with the fatness of the grape variety. The mouth offers a nice volume, on subtle aromas of white fruits, and then extends on fine bitterness. A real pebble juice! Pairings with lobster, seafood and white meats.
