About this winery
Originally founded in 1864, the Rocca family farm has grown over the years into a well-established winery in the heart of the renowned Barbaresco region. In 1958, the grandfather purchased land in Rabajà, a prestigious Barbaresco cru. It is on this cru that they produce renowned wines from the famous Nebbiolo grape variety. Production notes
Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Each plot is vinified separately and then blended. The oak barrels are at least 40 months old and are finished outdoors to minimize their influence on the wine. Sulfur is added minimally.
