Product notes

Located between Brouilly and Morgon, 30 km from Mâcon. A typical soil of the appellation, composed of pink clay granite. The vines are trained in the traditional goblet style, with organic fertilization.

Production notes

Manual harvest. Whole-cluster fermentation at a low temperature (between 20°C and 25°C) to preserve floral aromas, lasting approximately 9 days. The gross lees are removed at the beginning of malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks, filtered between mid-December and early February, then bottled in early March without fining.

Tasting notes

A highly expressive wine with red fruit aromas such as redcurrant, blackberry, and raspberry.
