Why this name? In the local dialect, the word “fora” means “out” and it is often used to indicate someone literally “out of their mind”. Production notes
After manual harvesting, fermentation is carried out in steel vats with only native yeasts and skin contact for 10 days.
Tasting notes
With a beautiful ruby color, this 100% Tai Rosso offers a nose full of pretty fresh red fruits. Ready to drink, its tension linked to controlled acidity allows it to accompany its light tannins. A very good refreshing aperitif wine.
