Production notes

After the harvest, the grapes arrive at the press by the fastest route. Here, they are selected and gently crushed. They are then fermented in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by several months' ageing on fine lees before bottling.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby with bright purple highlights. Delicate and expressive aromas blending red fruits (cherry, raspberry, redcurrant), sweet spices, and floral notes. A supple and velvety attack, fine and silky tannins, a perfect balance between freshness and roundness, and a delicious finish of fruit and spices. Pair with flank steak

Appealing aromas of bramble, liquorice, coffee and dried violets. Soft and mouth-filling, with a spicy character on the palate and mouthwatering acidity.
