About this winery

Production notes

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve their freshness as much as possible. Aging in stainless steel tanks is deliberately reduced to preserve the Sauvignon's freshness, with bottling at the very beginning of the year.

Tasting notes

À l'Origine Sauvignon Blanc boasts an intense pale green color with hints of gold. The nose is an explosion of fruit: very ripe fruit, yellow fruit and exotic fruit all mingle together. On the palate, the wine is clean and precise, with aromas of fresh fruit evolving over a refreshing mineral framework. This Sauvignon should be drunk young to appreciate its freshness and aromatic expression. Wine and food pairing: Any occasion is a good one to enjoy this pleasurable wine. "La Petite Perrière Sauvignon Blanc will refresh summer aperitifs, accompany antipasti and bruschettas, and go equally well with goat's cheese, ham puff pastry and arugula salad.
