Production notes

Our Pinot Noir grapes are picked at dawn to preserve all the freshness and vivacity of the berries. The grapes are then gently pressed to obtain a pale pink color and avoid overly vegetal notes. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel vats at low temperature to express the gourmet character of Pinot. For the blending, our team focuses on the balance between liveliness and fruity notes. Bottling takes place after a few months' ageing in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

"À l'Origine Pinot Noir" is a rosé wine with a brilliant pale pink color and beautiful raspberry highlights. The nose is an explosion of red fruits, from raspberry to morello cherry, with subtle, delicate notes of rose petals. On the palate, the mineral structure perfectly supports the fruit and floral aromas. Lively and fresh, this wine should be drunk young to appreciate its beautiful aromatic expression.
